Ivo Ferrer has prepared taxes for about five years. He's an IRS-registered tax preparer (PTIN). He works with families, the self-employed and small businesses, and leans toward small business.

He keeps the books too. When the books are kept up every month, your return is built from real records, and March stays calm.

Ivo is half Cuban, half Costa Rican, and was born in Dallas. He's been into software and technology for as long as he can remember, and he builds the systems that keep Zolt fast. For small-business clients he also builds websites and handles SEO and marketing.

If the IRS gets involved, he brings in Jorge Liste, our Enrolled Agent.

Jorge Liste has been an Enrolled Agent (EA) since 2024. As an EA he's enrolled to practice before the IRS, which lets him represent you in audits, collections and appeals.

He focuses on S corporations, corporations, small businesses and higher-income individuals. He's also an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent (CAA), so for ITIN applications he can verify most of your documents himself.
